In the event you need to make a return, 3% of the sale price will be deducted from your return as a processing fee. If you have additional questions, our customer service team will be happy to help you. Please note that we do not recommend shipping to any commercial and freight forwarder addresses. If you do choose to ship to any commercial or freight forwarding service, you are taking responsibility for any damages or loss that occurs to your shipment. We will not provide any compensation in terms of replacements or refunds for the orders that are reported missing or damaged, that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to the addressed facility.

ANY ORDER ADDRESSED TO COMMERCIAL AND FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICE IS PLACED AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Once your order is verified and your credit is approved, your order will be shipped within 2-3 days.  Once your order has left our warehouse, your estimated delivery timelines will be based on the final destination and shipping options you choose at Checkout. 

Certain factors can result in longer than expected delivery times, for example, time of day the order is placed, Holiday seasons, special sales and carrier delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
