How to measure:

Neck

Measure with a soft measuring tape around the base of your neck, keeping one finger between your neck and the tape measure for breathing room.

Chest

With a soft measuring tape, wrap it under your armpits around your torso at the widest part of your chest. The number in inches is your chest size.

The tape measure should be snug around your chest and shoulder blades, but not so tight that it compresses your chest.

Sleeve

1. Measure from the center back of your neck (at your spine) to the end of your shoulder (at the top of your arm).

2. Measure from your shoulder to just past your wrist bone to where you would like your shirt cuff to end. Always slightly bend the elbow when measuring to allow for extra ease.

The number of inches from the center back of your neck to your wrist bone is your sleeve measurement.

Waist

With a soft measuring tape, wrap it around your abdomen just above your belly button.

Make sure the measuring tape is pulled tight, but isn't digging into your skin. Breathe out naturally and take your measurement. Take your measurement again, just to be sure.
